Delighted to present the author of these debut written works: an educator, wife, mother, and a proud native of Florence, South Carolina. She has nurtured a lifelong love for storytelling, a talent passed down from the griots of her family and community. This historical drama, children's tale, and related resources draw deep inspiration from that rich heritage and her extensive experience as an educator.
